Casa Tequila is available for rent to non-smoking, mature, responsible parties of 4 or less for a minimum 5 nights. Use the form and calendar below to request your block of time. Prices depend on dates and duration. The cost for each night is shown in the Calendar below. Although Casa Tequila is listed on both VRBO and Air BNB, the prices shown here are 10% less and there is no booking fee.
Date selection: Please select the dates for your booking by clicking your check-in date and then clicking your check-out date. Your range of dates should turn dark gray and the total price including a nonrefundable cleaning fee will show below the calendar. Note that your are not charged for your check-out date, only the nights you stay.
Payment: We take payment only by direct transfer to a bank account. The account and routing numbers will be sent by email when you submit your request. We will hold your booking as pending for 48 hours to allow you time to set up your payment transfer. You can send money by ACH or wire. At this time, we do not accept other means of payment although we will consider PayPal if you are willing to absorb the PayPal fees. This has to be arranged manually after your submit your request.
Cancelation policy: You may cancel for full refund (minus a $100 hassle fee) more than 30 days in advance. Less than 30 days prior to check-in we do not offer any refund. However, you can make use of our “rain check” policy and select a different range of dates (of equal or less value) for your stay.
Discounts: We currently offer an additional 10% discount for stays of 14 to 29 nights, and 20% for stays longer of 30 nights or longer. These discounts are applied when you select your dates and include seasonal variations in daily cost.
